Jerome Henry, ACCA

Jerome Henry has been appointed to the role of Senior Manager, Credit and
Concentration Risk, reporting to the Executive – Risk and Compliance. He will be
accountable for day-to-day oversight of risk management, with particular
emphasis on credit and concentration risk – including the quality of all lending
products portfolio; loss trends – actual versus forecasted; and optimising revenue
loss and exposure tolerances.
Additionally he will be responsible for the identification, analysis and mitigation of
internal and external credit and concentration risks across the Group; their
categorisation in terms of potential scale and impact; and assessment of potential
damage to group financial stability and sustainable growth performance.
Mr Henry joined the former Jamaica National Building Society (JNBS) as a Teller at
the Annotto Bay branch in 1984. He has been a part of the JNBS mortgage
department for over 15 years and was most recently Acting Head, Credit Risk
Management, for JN Bank. He has achieved ACCA certification, Level 2, completed
the Jamaican Securities Course certification, along with the Moody’s Corporate
Lending Certification.
