JN Group has expanded the number of JN Financial companies MegaMart shoppers can interact with via its hub inside the superstore’s Waterloo Road branch in St Andrew.
The space previously catered to services offered by its member company, JN General Insurance, while its commercial banking arm, JN Bank, has maintained a Smart ATM in the mega shopping store that provides customers with a suite of services to include cardless deposits and loan payments.
“The redesigning of the space is a strategic move on our part to offer shoppers greater opportunity to learn about a variety of products and services across the JN Group,” explained Group Sales Executive, Petal Hall.
Customers can access information on JN products and services seven days per week from: 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., Mondays to Fridays; 8:15 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays; and 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sundays. Transactions will only be accommodated via its ATM in the store.
“The hub is a purely consultative environment where persons can conveniently access information about all our financial services to include life insurance, pension services, investments, and remittance. Customers can be guided on how to open regular savings accounts in local and foreign currency and apply for unsecured loans completely via the Financial Group’s new unique and convenient ONE JN Passport app,” disclosed Mrs Hall.
The JN Financial Group’s life insurance and individual pension services are offered by JN Life Insurance, while its investment arm is JN Fund Managers. Remittance services are provided by JN Money Services, which trades as JN Money.
“The hub is serviced by a knowledgeable team of sales representatives who will be able to support persons with any JN financial need irrespective of the product or service required,” Mrs Hall explained. “So, no matter what financial services one desires they can expect to be assisted.”
