Peta-Gaye Fairclough, BA, LLB
Peta-Gaye Fairclough has more than 16 years’ experience in developing Anti-Money Laundering, Counter Financing of Terrorism (AMLCFT) and Regulatory Compliance programmes- 14 of which have been at a senior level as Chief Compliance Officer.
Throughout her career, she has had oversight for compliance with laws and regulatory guidance governing banking, securities trading, unit trusts, pension funds, and money services, spanning 12 markets across the Caribbean.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from The University of the West Indies and an LLB (Honours) from the University of Essex. She is also a certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
Ms Fairclough was appointed Co-Chair of the Jamaica Bankers’ Association Compliance Committee February 2019.
