Requirements:
Be sure to include the following information
- Details of what happened, including date and place of occurrence
- Names of employees with whom you have discussed the matter
- Response provided by the organisation
- Your contact information so that we can talk with you about the issue
On receipt of your complaint, the Member Ombudsman will contact you to discuss how the matter will be addressed. We will then liaise with the relevant company to achieve equitable and impartial resolution and to ensure there is no detriment to you because you complained.
