NOTICE 

TAKE NOTICE that on the 17th day of March, 2025 at 3:00 p.m., the Supreme Court of Judicature of Jamaica will hear an application brought by The Jamaica National Group Limited (“the Claimant”), with registered office at 2-4 Constant Spring Road, Kingston 10 in the parish of Saint Andrew, at which time the Claimant, pursuant to section 130(2) of the Companies Act of Jamaica, will seek, among other Orders, an Order permitting the deferral of its 2024 Annual General Meeting to a date outside of the statutory deadline of March 11, 2025, but on or before May 30, 2025.
